On site parking is provided for all residents. There is also a separate visitors parking lot on site. 

Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are located in each apartment. 

Trash chutes are located on each floor, while recyclables are located on the first floor. 

Residents with a green thumb can plant either flowers or vegetables in their own garden boxes.

Each apartment comes with a large closet space.

Cameras are located at every entrance of the building. Security key fobs are also needed to gain access into the building.

Each bathroom features grab bars, walk in showers, a seat, and an emergency pull cord. 

Card operated laundry facilities are located on the first floor. 

Large elevators can be found in the building. 

Each apartment comes with large windows. 

Each apartment has a fireproof door installed, with a fire procedure located on the back of the door.

The superintendent lives on site and can be contacted in case of emergency. 

This is a smoke free building, however there is a designated covered smoking area outside.

Each apartment features an intercom system which allows residents to unlock the front door for guests without having to  meet them at the entry way.

Within each apartment there is a special "call for aid" pull system.
