Schwartz

Towers

Schwartz Towers is a unique residential apartment community. Its design certainly is important in creating an exciting residential feeling in a downtown location. Every effort has been made to make these the most beautiful and practical apartments designed for senior citizens. 

Residents of Schwartz Towers will find easy access to major shopping and business centers as well as to every other part of the city. Centro buses pick you up right at the front door. 

Schwartz Towers is self managed. The on-site managers office is located on the main floor of Schwartz Towers. 

Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., closed from 12:00 to 12:30. Also, the building Superintendent lives on the premises and is available 24 hours for emergencies. 

 

 

To be eligible to reside at Schwartz Towers, the head of household or spouse must be at least 55 years of age or older and meet certain income criteria.

Maurice I. Schwartz

Schwartz Towers is named after Maurice I. Schwartz who was a vigorous, successful, inventive and special human being. Member of the Board of Education for 12  years, he resigned as President of the School Board to become Mayor of Auburn in 1959 and served in that capacity for two terms until his death in 1967. 

Schwartz Towers, Inc. is a nonprofit Corporation administered by a Board of Directors.
